Most successful IPO hSenid to debut on CSE tomorrow
hSenid Business Solutions which created a recent record of being the most successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) will debut on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) tomorrow.
Sri Lankan multinational software solutions provider, hSenid’s IPO opened on 3 December and was oversubscribed in a matter of hours, receiving over Rs. 9.3 billion worth of applications from 10,602 applicants, for a total subscription of 745,014,900 shares.

Sri Lanka’s market leader in the Human Capital Management (HCM) related software industry hSenid Business Solutions Limited is gearing to raise up to Rs.700 million offering 20 percent stake in the company through an initial public offering (IPO) while becoming the first enterprise software company to be listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
