hSenidBiz first to get ISO 27017 certification from Bureau Veritas for Cloud Security Control

Bureau Veritas Lanka has audited and certified hSenid Business Solutions PLC (hSenidBiz) with ISO/IEC 27017:2015, marking a significant milestone in cloud security practices in Sri Lanka.

ISO/IEC 27017:2015, a globally recognised standard tailored for cloud security underscores hSenid’s ongoing dedication to the implementation of cloud security best practices along with its dedicated cloud security team, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive information stored and processed remotely.

hSenid Business Solutions (hBS) announced its earnings results for the period ended 30 September 2023, reporting a total revenue of LKR 400.3 million for the concluded quarter. The primary driver of revenue growth can be attributed to the success of the PeoplesHR Cloud business, which accounts for 56 percent of company revenues. A majority of new business was generated in the APAC markets yielding results for the investments made in talent recruitment and market development initiatives in this region. Driven by the Cloud business, core recurring revenues now account for a notable 55 percent of total revenues. Amidst ongoing investments in sales and marketing initiatives, company earnings have shown an improvement from the preceding quarter, indicating positive signs of the stabilisation in costs and company net earnings.

hSenidBiz accelerates sales and customer acquisition efforts in 1Q FY24

hSenid Business Solutions (hBS) reported its results for the period ended 30 June 2023, with revenues up 16.3 percent year-over-year. Topline growth was supported by its core PeoplesHR Cloud offering. Recurring revenues accounted for 52.0 percent, driven by PeoplesHR Cloud. Region-wise, APAC and Sri Lanka contributed strongly to topline growth. Company earnings, however, were impacted during the quarter due to investments in talent, marketing initiatives and higher project implementation costs.
